A calendar, not a list of recipes

Every day has breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack slots. Generate a week and tune any card, or build the calendar yourself from recipes you already like. Saved weeks stay available so you can reuse a good one.

  • Seven days, four meal slots each

It remembers what is in your pantry

Pantry memory holds items with quantities, expiry dates and the staples you always have. Pro plans cook from what is marked available first, check quantities before a grocery item is dropped, and show exactly which pantry item each meal uses.

Leftovers are planned, not accidental

Choose planned leftovers and a Tuesday dinner becomes Wednesday lunch on purpose, with the servings scaled to match, so nothing gets cooked twice or thrown away.

A nutrition target for the week

Pick a target such as balanced or high protein and the planner reports a weekly total and daily average for calories, protein, carbs and fat across the plan. Nutrition values are estimates — see the nutrition methodology for how they are calculated.

The grocery list writes itself

Every ingredient in the plan lands on one list grouped by aisle, minus what the pantry already covers. Open it on your phone in the store, or send the whole plan and list to Telegram.

Questions people ask

Is the meal planner free?

Building and saving a weekly plan is free with an account. Pantry-aware planning — using only the items you have marked available and checking quantities before removing groceries — is part of SpiceGuy Pro.

Can I plan around allergies and diets?

Yes. Your saved profile carries diet, allergy and equipment preferences, and every generated week respects them. You can also add notes for the week, such as "no fish" or "two vegetarian dinners".

Does it work with recipes I already saved?

Yes. Recipes saved in My Kitchen can be dropped into any slot, and the planner suggests saved and previously cooked recipes where they fit.

How do I get the plan on my phone?

The plan and its shopping list are available on the site on any device, and can be sent to Telegram as a copy-ready message.
