Editorial Policy
How recipes become part of the SpiceGuyBot collection.
Drafting and publication
SpiceGuyBot uses AI to help draft recipes and may adapt ideas from identified external sources. Draft creation is separate from publication. A recipe must have a valid page title and URL, a featured image, ingredients, and a step-by-step method before it is eligible for the public collection and sitemap.
Editorial review
Before publication, the review workflow asks the editor to check that the title describes the dish, the ingredients and steps agree, dietary labels are supported, nutrition values are plausible, and the result is sufficiently distinct and useful. These checks reduce errors but do not guarantee that every recipe is suitable for every cook or appliance.
Sources and attribution
When a published recipe is adapted from another publisher, its page names and links to the original source. External trending recipes remain linked to their publishers rather than being presented as SpiceGuyBot originals.
Corrections and safety
Recipes may be edited, archived, or removed when a material problem is found. To report an error, email [email protected] with the recipe URL and a clear description. Always independently check allergens, safe internal temperatures, storage advice, and dietary suitability.
