- 1 cup (120 g) graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp (40 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp brown sugar, optional
- 12 oz (340 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (120 g) sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) salted caramel sauce
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- Flaky sea salt, optional
