Ingredients
- 1 large ripe avocado, peeled and diced (about 1 cup)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning blend
- 1/2 teaspoon agave nectar, optional
- Salt to taste
- Optional: Crackers, fresh celery, carrots, red bell peppers or cucumbers
Instructions
- 1 In a medium bowl, mash the avocado and lime juice until smooth. Add the yogurt, ranch seasoning blend and agave syrup (if using). Mix until well combined. Add salt to taste. Editor’s Tip: I season this with salt “to taste” because some ranch seasoning blends are saltier than others. Start with a pinch of salt and add more if needed.
- 2 Serve with crackers, fresh celery, carrots, red bell peppers or cucumbers. Editor’s Tip: As with any dip, letting it sit for at least 30 minutes before eating will allow the flavors to meld. That said, you can also eat this right away.
