- 16 ounces 4% cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- Optional: Finely diced tomatoes, jalapeños, red onion, and/or cilantro, for garnish
- Tortilla chips
Instructions
- 1 In a high-powered blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
- 2 Into a medium saucepan, combine the cottage cheese with pepper jack, milk, and taco seasoning. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Transfer to serving bowl; garnish as desired. Serve with tortilla chips.
