  • 1 cup 1% milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tub (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 cup halved ripe banana slices, plus more sliced banana for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/4 cup crushed vanilla wafers
  • Whole vanilla wafers, for dipping

Instructions

  1. 1 Combine the pudding mix and milk, and whisk for two minutes in a large bowl. Let sit for five minutes. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  2. 2 Gently fold in the whipped topping.
  3. 3 In a separate bowl, combine the banana pieces and lime juice. Then, stir the bananas into the pudding mixture. Transfer to a serving dish and cover. Refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
  4. 4 Just before serving, garnish with the crumbled Nilla Wafers and banana slices. Serve with whole Nilla Wafers for dipping.
